Refund & Return Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. To start a return, email support@axonix.in with your order number.

Damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-returnable

For hygiene reasons, earbuds and personalised/custom-made cases cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.
